Who this suits

• Patients outside Hyderabad. Most people who consult online are elsewhere in Telangana, elsewhere in India, or abroad.
• People who cannot travel easily — work hours, distance, mobility, or caring for someone at home.
• Follow-up visits. Many patients come to the clinic once and then do their follow-ups online.
• Conditions that are discussed rather than examined — digestion, thyroid, energy, sleep, hormonal and sexual health.

When it is not the right choice

Some things need a physical examination, and a video call is not a substitute for one. If your problem involves a lump, a skin lesion that needs to be looked at closely, severe pain, or anything that came on suddenly, come to the clinic or see a doctor near you first. Dr. Krishna will say so if an online consultation is not appropriate, and you will not be charged for that.

How to book

1. Fill in the consultation form and choose "Online". Submitting it opens WhatsApp with your details already written out — you press send. Or just message +91 96529 29294 directly.
2. Say roughly what the problem is and which times suit you. Consultations run from 12 PM onwards.
3. The clinic confirms a slot and tells you how to pay the ₹500.
4. Send your reports in advance if you have any — photographs of prescriptions and blood tests are fine.
5. Take the call at the agreed time, video or audio, whichever you prefer.

What happens on the call

The call usually runs fifteen to twenty-five minutes. Dr. Krishna will ask about the history of the problem, what you have already tried, your current medication, and the ordinary things that turn out to matter — how you sleep, what you eat, how your digestion is, how much of your day is spent sitting.

If reports would help, you will be asked to get specific ones rather than a broad panel. You can then send them over WhatsApp and the plan is adjusted without another paid consultation, as long as it is inside the follow-up month.

At the end you get a plan: dietary correction, lifestyle changes, and medicines if they are needed. If medicines are prescribed, you are told what each one is for.

Video or audio?

Either works. Video is better for a first consultation, because a lot can be told from how someone looks — skin, eyes, hair, general appearance. Audio is fine for follow-ups and for anyone who would rather not be on camera. Say which you prefer when booking.

Getting your medicines

If medicines are prescribed, they are dispensed by the clinic and couriered to your address anywhere in India. You are told the cost before anything is sent, and you pay separately from the consultation fee.

If you are outside India

The consultation itself works the same way over WhatsApp, and patients do consult from the Gulf, Singapore, the UK and the US. Courier of medicines outside India depends on what is prescribed and on the import rules where you live, so ask before you book if medicines are the main reason you are consulting.

Fee and payment

₹500 for the consultation, including one month of follow-ups. You pay after the slot is confirmed and before the call. Payment details are sent over WhatsApp. There is no payment on this website.
