What this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
If you fill in the consultation form: your name, your mobile number, what you would like help with, which consultation you prefer, your preferred time, and anything you write in the free-text box.
We do not ask for financial details, government ID numbers, or documents, and we would rather you did not send them.
If you message the clinic on WhatsApp or call, whatever you choose to say there is held on that service under its own terms, not ours.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Pressing submit also opens WhatsApp on your own phone with your details written out — nothing reaches the clinic through WhatsApp until you press send yourself.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you send through this form for 12 months, then delete them.
What you can ask for
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to consult@drkrishnahealth.in or message the clinic on WhatsApp. You can withdraw your consent the same way, at any time.
