Medicines

How medicines reach you.

Not every consultation ends in a prescription. When medicines are needed, they are dispensed by the clinic — collected in person, or couriered to your address.

Charged separately from the ₹500 consultation fee

You may not need any

A fair number of consultations end with diet and lifestyle correction and nothing else. Medicines are prescribed when they are needed to move something along, not by default. If you are told you do not need them, that is the actual advice, not a preamble to a longer course.

What is prescribed

Naturopathic and herbal preparations, chosen for your case. Where a formulation is standard, it is a recognised preparation; where it is adjusted for you, you are told what has been changed and why.

For each item you should know three things before you leave or before it is sent: what it is for, how and when to take it, and how long you are expected to take it. If any of those are unclear, ask.

Collecting in person

If you consult at Kothapet, medicines are usually dispensed at the clinic at the end of the consultation, so you leave with them. At Hayathnagar, availability depends on the day — if something is not on hand it is couriered to you.

Delivery across India

  1. The clinic tells you the cost after the consultation, before anything is dispensed. Nothing is sent that you have not agreed to.
  2. You confirm your address over WhatsApp, with a pin code and a phone number the courier can reach.
  3. Payment for the medicines and courier is settled before dispatch.
  4. Dispatch and tracking. You get the courier details on WhatsApp once it is sent.
  5. Typical delivery is two to five working days within India, depending on how far you are and local courier service.

What it costs

Medicine cost depends entirely on what is prescribed and for how long, so there is no fixed figure to quote honestly on a website. What is fixed is the process: you are told the amount before anything is dispensed or sent, and courier charges are stated separately rather than folded in.

The ₹500 consultation fee is separate and covers the consultation and one month of follow-ups regardless of whether you buy medicines.

No obligation

You are not required to buy medicines from the clinic. If you would rather take the prescription elsewhere, say so and you will be given what you need to do that.

If something does not suit you

Tell the clinic rather than stopping quietly. Mild changes in digestion in the first few days are common and usually settle. Anything more than that — a rash, worsening symptoms, or a reaction that worries you — stop taking it and contact the clinic. Because follow-ups are included for a month, adjusting the plan does not cost you another consultation.

Taking them alongside other medication

Tell Dr. Krishna everything you are already taking, including supplements. Do not stop or change medication prescribed by another doctor on the basis of a naturopathic consultation — if a change looks sensible, it should be discussed with whoever prescribed it.

Repeats and refills

When you are near the end of a course, message the clinic. If a repeat is appropriate it can be dispensed and couriered without another consultation. If your symptoms have changed, a short follow-up comes first — inside the month that is already included.

Sending outside India

Whether medicines can be couriered outside India depends on the preparation and on the import rules where you live. Ask before booking if that is your main reason for consulting, so you are not paying for a consultation that cannot be acted on.

Please read

Nothing on this page is a prescription or a recommendation to take any particular preparation. Medicines are dispensed only after a consultation. Keep them out of reach of children, and do not share them with anyone else — they are prescribed for one person's case.
